General guidelines
- Authors must ensure that the submitted paper is their original work, which has not been previously published.
- All papers will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee as per the Advisory Board.
- By submitting an abstract authors agree that if their paper is selected, at least one of the authors will attend the conference.
- All submitted papers are subject to blind peer review process. Authors should not write their names in the uploaded contribution.
- Submissions requiring corrections in response to comments by the technical reviewers must be corrected before the final upload..
- All submissions must follow the template formats provided and submitted via the online submission system.
- Authors may submit more than one paper as the first author and participate as a co-author on a number of extended abstracts
- One registration only allows for one paper to be presented and each paper requires a registration to be included
- All published papers may be compiled in a book form with an ISBN number and indexed with Springer/Scopus (based upon the approval)
